continuous asphalt mixing station and semi-mobile continuous asphalt mixing station.
'one-trailer-mounted " continuous asphalt mixing plant realizes the high integration of asphalt plant, and onetransport trailer can realize all the functional reguirements of the asphalt mixing station (filling, drying, mixing.storage of finished products, operation), which meets the user's requirements for fast installation, fasttransition,and rapid production.
Up to now, our "one-trailer-mounted " continuous asphalt mixing plant" has been exported to Europe, AfricaNorth America etc. The convenience of fast transportation, transfer, and rapid recommissioning greatly saves thecosts andimproves the construction efficiency.

Adopting a unique super mobile module design, it is easy to transport and has low transition costs, minimizing the useof basic civil engineering and labor to the greatest extent possible. At the same time, the assembly time is greatly reduced,and the practicality is optimized and enhanced.
The equipment occupies a small area, with an intensive design of the mobile chassis, increasing flexibility, and can beused even in small spaces.Standard configuration includes 4 cold storage bins, which can be added. The conveyingcapacity of the proportioning machine can be adjusted by a frequency converter to achieve different proportioning, anda weighing sensor can also be selected to achieve more accurate proportioning.
External mixing tank, capable ofcontinuous discharge,highproduction efficiency, and morethorough and uniform mixing thanin a drying drum.
The device has two simpleand flexible operation modes:automatic and manual.Thecontrol system can achieveremote access, diagnosis, andupdates.
The installed bag filter has a filtration area of up to 456n?, ensuring particle emissions are below 50mg/um. The coarseash collected by the dust collector can be reused in the mixing tank, while the fine ash can be discharged or reused inthe mixing tank.
The enlarged leeding port of the cold slorage bin and the sand bin are cquipped wih aulomalic bin wall vibralors as
slandard, while other bins can be oplionally equipped with wibrating screens.
Raise the front smoke box of the drying drum to slow down the dusty flue gas, prevent larger particles of dust fromentering the exhaust system, reduce the load on the dust removal bag, and extend iis service life.
The use of recycled materials, known as RAP (Recycled Asphalt Pavement), is becoming increasingly common and isconsolidating its position as an ecologically, sustainably, and economically beneficial application, which is necessary forcertain specific projects. RAP addition ring can process up to 30% of recycled materials.
The design of the dryer and mixer ensures the dry mixing time for heat exchange between the raw aggregate and recycledmaterials, which is crucial for high RAP capacity and ensuring the quality of the final mixture. The dryer design ensures thatRAP doas not come into contact with the flame of the burner, as the gas generated during the heat exchange between RAPand the hot raw aggregate is incinerated before entering the bag filter, thereby ensuring a longer service life of the sleaveand no harm to the environment.
